Also known as TMPS4_MOUSE, Tmprss4, Cap2. Plasma membrane-anchored serine protease that directly induces processing of pro-uPA/PLAU into the active form through proteolytic activity (By similarity). Seems to be capable of activating ENaC (PubMed:12149280).
